The Staff was very nice, specially Mr. Mostafa Barakat, he was very nice and helpful ... please ask for him in your next stay, Also Mr. Amr abdel Fattah the Hotel Manager he was very concerned with our stay and comfort, very professional and welcoming. The Hotel location is great, the lagoon is very nice and our accommodation was really good, they even upgraded us to ensure our comfort and pleasure. Also, there's a golf car to take you to/from your room to the reception, resturant, .....etc.

Absolutely beautifully clean resort with many different swimming pools to suit everyone. Our 3 bedroom suite was enormous, clean, modern and the aircon was a necessity. Friends stayed in a one bedroom room and again clean & modern. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast catered for all nationalities, plenty of food with staff continuously serving food, clearing tables. Pool was cleaned every morning.

The property is more family oriented and has 3 swimming pools, which is a must for kids. Furthermore it offers guests a private beach. The location is good for summer vacations and there are a couple of restaurants and cafés around. Finally, it should be mentioned that the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
